[DATE UNKNOWN] - This is Hope Alden, science officer of the ISV Horizon. My ship was damaged during an experimental jump. I'm stranded in an uncharted system.
Local star charts don't match any known constellations. The planet I've crash-landed on has breathable air but extreme weather patterns. My survival pod's systems are failing.
"If anyone receives this... I don't know if I can be rescued. But I'll keep transmitting as long as I have power."
